Terry L. Kunkle, Sr., DMD
Dr. Kunkle, Sr. has been practicing dentistry in Moncks Corner for 35 years. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelors of Science in Biology and Chemistry in 1963. He graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina as a Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1971. He is a past President of the South Carolina Dental Association and Coastal District. He is a member is the Pierre Fauchard Academy, American Dental Association, American College of Dentists, and International College of Dentistry. Dr. Kunkle is also involved in the SC Quarter Horse Assocation, Roper Hospital Board, and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Trident Technical Dental Assisting Program.
Terry Lynn Kunkle, II, DMD
Dr. Terry Kunkle, II is married and has three children. He has been practicing dentistry in Moncks Corner for 18 years. In 1983 Dr. Terry graduated from St. John's Christian Academy, formerly Lord Berkeley Academy. In 1987 he graduated from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelors of Science, and in 1991 he graduated from the MUSC College of Dental Medicine. He joined the practice full time in 1991. He is a member of Omicron Kappa Epsilon Dental Honor Society, American College of Dentistry, and Pierre Fauchard Academy. He is also the 2008 President of the South Carolina Dental Association, Coastal District.
Suzanne S. Powell, DMD
Dr. Suzanne Sprouse Powell, was married in April of last year. She is a 1999 graduate of Berkeley High School, a 2003 graduate from Winthrop University with a Bachelors of Science in Biology, and a 2007 graduate from the MUSC College of Dental Medicine. She is a member is the American Dental Association, the South Carolina Dental Association, and the Charleston Dental Society. We are excited to have Dr. Powell join our practice now for the third year.
